“Hello all at EnergyCare Group. I wanted to get in touch to share my experience of your service. I would very much like my review made available to any future customers of your service.
From the start of the process, the customer service was second to none. The survey and quote was booked in at my convenience, and completed by Mark very informatively without any pressure to accept the quote. All options, including payment plans were explained clearly. This filled me with confidence in using this company. My preferred date for the work was fitted in, having only given two weeks notice of my preferred date.
I was kept informed at every stage by phone and by letter. The engineers – Patrick and Liam, arrived when expected, were courteous throughout, and treated my home with great respect. It is fair to say that they worked their socks off and replaced the boiler and seven radiators in just ten hours, asking my permission to work on until they had finished. Existing pipe work that was rather shoddy was replaced whereas it may just have been left. My home was left immaculate and apart from the evidence of a new boiler and radiators, you would not have been aware anything had been done. There was nothing for me to dispose of or clean up. All the essentials and instructions were explained, paperwork signed, and my satisfaction agreed before they left.
Shaun (the electrician) came early the next morning to wire in the pump and the thermostat, again, the service was excellent and the wiring was left very neat and tidy. I was taken through the thermostat settings and controls. To say I have been impressed with my refit is very much an understatement. I would like to thank the whole team for their care, attention and hard work. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.”
